特性:本品为马来酸酐接枝的PP共混物,外观:白色或淡黄色颗粒,接枝率:0.6-1.0%,熔融指数(190℃,2.16kg):40-80g/10min。

用途:1.用作玻纤和矿物填充聚丙烯的界面改性剂:聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐赋予了聚烯烃极性和可粘接性,只要加入少量(5%)的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,就可以大幅度提高聚丙烯与玻纤、滑石粉、云母等无机填料的粘合力。
2.用作聚丙烯和含有极性基团树脂合金的相容剂:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯应用面广,可作为PA/PP,PA/PE共混合金的相容剂。
3.赋予聚丙烯涂覆性和喷漆性:添加(10%-20%)的接枝母粒,还可以改善聚丙烯的涂覆性和喷漆性能。
Usage: 1.Used as interface modifier in PP with filling glass-fiber and mineral: PP can be given polarity and adhesiveness if MAH was grafted onto it. Adding a small amount of HF-1 can improve widely tensile strength, tension strength, impact strength and adhesiveness in PP and glass-fiber, talc powder, mica, etc.
2.Used as compatibilizer in alloy of PP and resin which has polar group: HF-1 (grafted compound) was applied widely. It can be used as compatibilizer in blending alloy of PA/PP, PA/PE.
3.Given coating and sprayability: Adding the grafted master batch (10-20%) can develop coating and sprayability of PP.
